Assistance to access and maintain employment or higher education:

Our team is devoted to help our participants building their own skills and capacity to allocate the appropriate employment, whilst assisting and maintaining the desired employment in the open market or a in a supported working environment. Depending on the participant’s choice. 


Assistance in coordinating and managing life stages, transitions and supports:

Autonomous care can support participants requiring:

  • support connections
  • support coordination level 1 and 2.
  • Life transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development.
  • Capacity building skills
  • Daily planning and budgeting


Assistance with travel/transport arrangements:

Autonomous support workers can assist participants with appropriate travel and transport arrangements in order to complete daily tasks that require travel such as attending appointments, shopping, attending to self-care and medication pick up. 


Household tasks:

The Autonomous support workers team can help you with your household tasks such as:

  • Backyard cleaning
  • Dishwashing
  • Laundry
  • Vacuuming and mopping
  • Personal grooming
  • Toileting
  • Cooking
  • Home organization
  • House maintenance
